About ALIGN Integrated Care
Supporting individuals on their journey toward mental wellness by aligning the mind, body, and spirit through compassionate and accessible care.
Who We Are
ALIGN Integrated Care was created with the vision of providing accessible, compassionate mental health and addiction recovery services to individuals and families. Our team of support staff, substance abuse counselors, therapists, and nurse practitioners work collaboratively to support patients in navigating life’s challenges, overcoming substance use concerns, and restoring balance in their lives.
At ALIGN Integrated Care, we are committed to removing barriers to care and delivering support that meets individuals exactly where they are—whether they are seeking mental health support, beginning their recovery journey, or continuing along the path of healing and growth.
Our Mission
ALIGN was built on a simple belief: care should be accessible, affordable, and deeply human. We provide comprehensive mental health and addiction recovery services, meeting each patient with compassion, respect, and a commitment to treating them like family.
Meet Our Founder
Brittany D. Chandler,
MSN, APRN, PMHNP-BC
Brittany Chandler has served the mental health community for over six years, working in hospitals, clinical practices, and community-based programs. Her early experiences witnessing loved ones receive long-term psychiatric treatment inspired her to pursue a career helping individuals access compassionate mental health care.
Those experiences became the foundation for ALIGN Integrated Care — a practice that not only provides outpatient medication treatment but also connects patients with community resources and interventions designed to prevent unnecessary hospitalizations.
Brittany is deeply family-oriented and passionate about helping others find balance and stability during difficult times.
The ALIGN Philosophy
Life can gradually move us out of alignment through challenges, stress, and unexpected life events. Our approach focuses on helping individuals recognize these moments and restore balance.
